I am the twenty-three men I saw Monday morning
on the corner of Adam Clayton Powell and 125th
waiting in 40-degree weather
waiting for day jobs
to do whatever for whatever.
I am the man who couldn’t take his eyes off me
at the gym this morning,
and the neighbor who wants me to bottom for him.

So, last night my roommate and I thought it would be a good idea to dress up and head to Greenwich Village to see the Halloween parade. We ended up in it. But, I am getting ahead of myself. First, let me tell you about our fabulous outfits. We wore black suits, shirts, and shoes and donned black cat burglar masks. That’s it.
